Shipping Policy

After confirmation of the order request in the online shop, which occurs through the respective payment, Maria Chocolate has a period of 48 hours to finalise and dispatch the order.

The customer data must be filled out correctly (Name, Address, Postal Code, City, Contact). The absence of any of the data will directly affect the shipping of the order and consequently the delivery within the stipulated deadline.

In the case of orders during festive seasons and / or possible out of stock, the previous deadline will not apply, being the customer duly informed of the specific changes through a banner located at the top of the site or any other information channel.

Your items will always be transported in suitable packaging so that they reach the recipient in perfect condition, throughout the year, both in winter and summer.

All orders placed in the online shop for delivery in mainland Portugal, through the partners responsible for the Transport service, will have a shipping cost of 6.00€.

Shipments to the Islands (Madeira/Azores) up to 2 kilos are charged €10.30. Shipments above 2 kilos are subject to consultation.

The expected delivery time for mainland Portugal is 24h to 48h after dispatch of the order. This deadline may be higher in festive seasons and / or eventual stock rupture. For shipments to the Islands the deadline can vary between 10 to 15 days after dispatch.

Shipments outside Portugal do not meet the mentioned delivery deadlines and shipping rates are subject to consultation.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours, and it is essential that someone be present at the indicated address to receive the order. If the order cannot be delivered due to the absence of someone at the indicated address, it will be returned to Maria Chocolate, which is subject to the payment of a new shipping fee.

Some of the data provided (Name, Address, Postal Code, City, Contact) will be shared with the partner responsible for the Transport service so that it is possible to make deliveries of purchases made online.
